  1. Scope of application
    This specification includes the following rated capacities, design, manufacturing, testing, handling, installation, and warranty of high-permeability directional silicon steel sheet iron core cast resin transformers for indoor use.
  2. Applicable standards
    Relevant manufacturing and testing standards are in accordance with CNS 13390 or IEC 60076-11 specifications unless otherwise specified by the customer.
  3. Applicable conditions
    a.Load: continuous rated load.
    b.Location of use: indoor type below 1000 meters above sea level.
    c.One week temperature: maximum 40 ° C, average 30 ° C per day.
    d.Relative humidity: up to 100%.
  4. Transformer characteristics
    a.Voltage level: 36kV/24kV/12kV and below
    b.Number of phases: three phase
    c.Frequency: 50Hz or 60Hz
    d.Capacity: Maximum capacity 5000kVA
    e.Wiring method: Dd0 (+7.5°) y11 (-22.5°) (other wiring can also be made as needed)

    g. Insulation material heat-resistant grade: F-type (or H-grade) heat-resistant grade insulation material is used for the mold dry type.
    h. Temperature rise limit: The average winding temperature rise measured by resistance method under the ambient temperature of 40 ℃ and the rated load, F-class insulation shall not exceed 100 ℃, and H-class insulation shall not exceed 125 ℃.

  5. Transformer Construction
    a.core:The cold-rolled directional silicon steel sheet material with high magnetic permeability and low iron loss is laminated with V-notch 5 steplap core method. The surface of the completed core is additionally coated with special resin to prevent moisture And anti-corrosion. The core is grounded and visible to the base.
    b.fastener: The core is fixed with Slot iron and screws of sufficient strength. The structure of the core and Slot iron is to be solid and stable, and to avoid subjecting the core to external stress to affect iron loss and noise. All fixed metals other than the core have anti-rust treatment.
    c.coil: High-voltage coils use electrical copper (or aluminum) conductors. The coil insulation is reinforced with a special glass fiber resin, and the resin is poured in an automated pouring equipment and under vacuum. The coil after the resin is poured is cured by heating.Partial discharge test is performed on the high-voltage coil after molding to confirm that it does not contain any Cavity & Air Void so that it has the best electrical and mechanical characteristics.Low-voltage coils are made of copper (or aluminum) conductors and pre-impregnated resin materials (Pre-Impregnated) wound on a mold at the same time and heat-hardened. The resin is poured above and below the coil to increase its strength.After completion, the high and low voltage coils are moisture-proof, non-flammable, non-combustible, and automatically extinguished.The ends of the high and low voltage coils and the upper and lower slot irons are fixed with a support with elastic gaskets to tighten the coil and absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of the coil.
    d.Terminal: Except for the lead-out terminals of the high-voltage coil, the connecting wires of the live parts are covered with heat-resistant insulation, and all lead-out terminals adopt NEMA standard copper connectors. The terminals of the low-voltage coil are led out by a bus, and the terminal head of the bus should comply with the customer (or NAME standard).
    e.Tap changer: The high voltage side winding of the transformer is provided with taps that can adjust the voltage under no voltage and current. These taps are drawn from the winding surface so that the voltage of the tap can be switched after the power is cut off (under no voltage state).

    (5) Impedance voltage and load loss test.
    (6) AC test.
    (7) Induced voltage test.
    (8) Partial discharge test. (Above 3.3kV)

    3.test report: Three complete test reports are provided when leaving the factory, which contain information on the test projects listed above.
  7. Warranty: Store for 18 months after delivery or run for 12 months under normal use.
